Family with children well taken care of
The staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful. I remember when we arrived, they greeted us warmly and helped us store our bags while we waited to check in , it was a nice touch.
It wasn’t exactly economical, but for the service we got, I’d say it was still reasonable.

Just a suitable option for a city escape in Dublin with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff were quick to provide us with extra towels when we asked. For a better experience, consider asking for a room on a higher floor to avoid street noise.

I booked a Two-Bedroom Apartment for my family of five. The location can't be beat. it was a short walk to most attractions like Temple Bar and the Guinness Storehouse. The unit impressed me with its spaciousness and cleanliness. The kitchen had the essentials for meal prep, which worked out great. The staff were welcoming and responsive to questions. A few downsides popped up, though. The road noise from outside was significant and made for some restless nights. Furnishings seemed dated, especially the chairs. they weren't very comfortable for lounging. Also, no basic cooking items like oil or spices were available. A few items like toilet tissue ran low, and maintaining a better stock would help. Overall, I loved the room size and the central location but think they need to address noise and provide better kitchen essentials.
